Going back to my fashion for mums post, I mentioned high waist jeans. Well I went shopping last weekend and purchased a pair of lift and shape high waist jeans. I chose the lift and shape ones as I’ve developed a mum pouch (where the hell does this come from? I’ve never had one and my youngest is 8, so why the f*&k has this appeared now??)
Well no one at all mentioned that they feel like a corset positioned over your thighs, hips and stomach. Not only that but as soon as you get comfy sitting in them the start to cut in around the top and creates this weird type muffin top which is so high it gives you an instant boob lift (all be it temporary).
May be just maybe I’ve just not found the right pair which is a little hard as we cant currently try on in the store. But I’m a f&*ker for not returning things so I’m stuck with them. I’m hoping they will be a little more comfortable once I’ve lost some more weight, either that or they are destined to live in the back of my wardrobe with all my other non disirable clothing items.
