Well I’m back at work for a few hours today. Not sure how much work I’m going to have to complete as there is very little to process. I have no motivation for anything today. I have a dentist appointment this afternoon (not looking forward to it)
We had a really nice evening last night relaxing in the hot tub and garden bar. I enjoyed the evening and the fact that me and the Mr could talk openly without arguing.
I’ve had two weeks off my diet eating whatever I want when I want so I need to restart it today. I’m not weighing during this lockdown but I’m going to stick to the diet and exercise, hopefully I will return to group after lockdown with a big weight loss (I really really hope so). I had a banana for breakfast but I have no idea what I’m going to have for lunch or dinner.
Exercising: its a taboo for me hahaha, I like the feeling it gives me once I’ve completed a workout but getting me to actually do one is another thing all together. Around 4 years ago I got into a routine of getting up early 5 days a week and working out before anyone else had got up which would really set me up for the day. I like dance exercise, zumba ect. I just seem to have lost motivation to do it.
